A young woman from Florida was able to defend herself from 2 attackers. Kayla Brent is a sophomore at the University of Florida and said that she was in a bad situation with 2 men that were armed.
It was only a few minutes after midnight and she was on her way home from dinner with some of her friends. The next thing I know the attackers had their knives out and all over me so I had to make sure that I was thinking on my toes.
Lucky enough she had gone into a self defense store and bought a street fighting video for her and her friends to learn some basic techniques so they would be safe in case anything out of the ordinary happened. With Paul Vunak teaching it was easy because he specializes in teaching Navy SEALS, FBI, and CIA and a dozen police department SWAT teams how to be the most deadly and efficient soldiers on the planet. This video gave her the knowledge of self defense.
Within a short time of two weeks, I watched the street fighting videos everyday. Watching this video and then learning the self defense was so easy since they teach you to focus on weak points that your opponent may have such as their groin, neck and eyes.
I felt very confident of what I was learning because Vunak who teaches in these videos is very clear on what you should be doing and gives great examples. He even guarantees rapid education even for those who are only average people.
I was able to move their blades and targeted them into their own necks in stead of mine with a few quick blows, I was amazed. I had never had an incident like that happen before and to think I ended up being the top dog even when I was being attacked. Even in a critical moment I was ready and unharmed.
Once the attackers were on the ground I ran away unharmed and after watching the street fighting videos that I needed to run away to safety as soon as I was able to. This is to make sure that the people who were attacking me could not get up quickly and charge at me again.
Even as I was running away I could hear them talking dirty and cat calling me, I knew they had to be up to something other than just attacking me. Learning from the street fighting videos was the best thing I could have done to help protect myself.
