In a perfect world, no one would need to carry a stun device. There, now that we've said that, let's move on to reality. If circumstances require you to carry a stun device, then you shouldn't settle for less than the baddest, and all indications point to the Taser (TM) C2 series as being exactly what the doctor ordered. To activate it, the new owner must call the toll-free number or go online, remit $9.95, and otherwise follow the instructions that came with the device. Be advised that having done so, you have just submitted yourself to a criminal background check. So, Mister Predator, if you have a record, you have just bought yourself a scary-looking paperweight, and that's all. Downright cruel, isn't it?

Secondly, when fired, the C2 will send out a 50,000 volt energy charge that will continue for 30 seconds. Taser (TM) devised this feature for a reason, and strongly recommends that the defender use this 30 second interval to abandon the instrument and get to safety. You needn't go back later in hopes of retrieving your C2. Send a copy of the police report to the company and they will send you a brand-new one, free of charge.
